Technology leadership
Executive leadership and strategic direction for the whole technology function: operations, applications, enterprise systems, infrastructure and client-facing initiatives.
About
I work where executive technology leadership meets the practical details: cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise systems and application modernization. The focus is always aligning technology with business priorities — strengthening security, improving operations and building a foundation that can carry growth.
Technology is more than an operational support function. It is a strategic one — and it should be run that way. That means clear priorities, an honest read on risk, and decisions leadership can act on without a translation layer.
Most of my work starts the same way: understanding what the business is trying to do, then finding the place where technology improves efficiency, strengthens security, enhances the customer experience or opens a new opportunity. From there the work is discipline — roadmaps with owners, controls that are actually followed, systems that stay maintainable.
I also care about how technology gets built. Secure development practices, appropriate review and testing, and clear standards for AI-assisted development, so productivity gains don't quietly cost you security, quality or accountability.
Executive leadership and strategic direction for the whole technology function: operations, applications, enterprise systems, infrastructure and client-facing initiatives.
Security strategy, controls and review practices that protect company and client information across applications, integrations, cloud services and third parties.
SOC 2 Type 2 activities, control documentation, evidence collection and audit coordination, with policies and standards that stay usable after the audit.
Oversight of Salesforce, Microsoft 365, databases, cloud services, APIs and integration platforms, and the architecture decisions behind them.
Lifecycle practices from requirements through deployment and support, plus modernization of business processes through automation and integration.
Portals and dashboards that replace manual, email-based processes, and clear communication of security and compliance practices to clients and prospects.
Whether it's a roadmap, a security review, an audit or a better client experience — a short note is enough to start.
